How to Pick a Sportsbook...By MajorWager.com

First of all, never play at a sportsbook that is not insured in some way shape or form. Being on a recommended list without the recommending site backing the book is just smoke and mirrors. Remember, all the major watchdog sites take advertising dollars from the books they recommend. Most of the credible ones take a monthly flat fee BUT some less savory sites (Sportsbook Review, et al) promote affiliate deals and try and trick the reader by saying they do not accept advertising money. Generally they are rooting for you to lose and promoting the books that give them the biggest kickback. Very similar to stock brokers who would pump and dump before legislation forced them to disclose commissions. MajorWager charges a flat fee, allows its readers to review sportbooks based on unbiased "real experience", and insures its recommended books. Keep that in mind when signing up for a book and saying where you came from. No other site offers these levels of protection.
