LOOKING AHEAD New Jersey at Sacramento (7 p.m. local). The Nets look to avenge a 118-82 rout by the Kings on Jan. 10 at the Meadowlands.

STREAKS Seattle.s 92-85 loss to Utah on Jan. 16 was its sixth in a row.the first time since early in the 1990-91 season that the Supersonics have lost six in a row. The Supersonics broke the string with an 85-81 win against Dallas on Jan. 19.

Washington beat Orlando 108-93 on Jan. 16 to improve to 14-0 when scoring 100 points or more.

The Chicago Bulls have lost 19 straight on the road following a 102-101 double-overtime loss to the Miami Heat on Jan. 18.

The Cavaliers lost in Utah on Saturday 95-78. Cleveland hasn.t won in Utah since 1989, a span of 13 games.

HOME COOKING The L.A. Clippers went 38-of-46 from the free throw line on Jan. 18 en route to a 112-107 win over Sacramento. The Clippers capitalized on a huge disparity in free throws. The Kings shot only seven free throws, making five, and were outscored 19-0 from the line in the fourth quarter.

Indiana is 18-1 at home.

New Jersey is 19-2 at home.

Dallas is 18-2 at home.

Sacramento is 17-2 at home. Phoenix is 18-3 at home.

Toronto is 5-15 at home.

Cleveland is 5-13 at home.

COMING HOME Tracy McGrady had a lot more fun in Toronto than his former teammates. McGrady had 35 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists to lead the Orlando Magic to a 101-93 victory on Jan. 19. McGrady played his first three seasons in Toronto. Since signing with Orlando in 2000, McGrady has become one of the NBA.s dominant players, and this season he.s the leading scorer.

ROAD KILL The Dallas Mavericks have lumbered through a lousy road trip. Rashard Lewis hit a turnaround jumper with 43.1 seconds left and two free throws with 10.3 seconds to go to lead the Seattle Supersonics to a dramatic 85-81 victory Jan. 19. The loss wrapped up a 1-3 road trip for the Mavericks, who have lost a season-high three straight after a 123-94 defeat in Sacramento and a 111-106 loss in Phoenix.

Chicago is 1-19 on the road. Memphis is 2-18 on the road.

Atlanta is 2-17 on the road.

Cleveland in 3-21 on the road. Denver in 3-15 on the road.

New Orleans and the L.A. Lakers have played in seven overtime games (both 4-3).

Toronto is 2-22 in games with a margin of 10 points or more. Atlanta is 4-17 in games with a margin of 10 points or more.

CHANGES John Lucas was fired on Jan. 20 as coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers, who have the NBA.s worst record. The Cavs are 8-34 and have just returned from a 1-5 West Coast road trip. Cleveland blew second-half leads in several of those games.
